    Although I had to pay my ex-spouse a large sum of money from my 403b it was less than 50/50 statue of marital funds in TN the expected. Knowing it was 50/50 on marital funds. Since it was a large sum from the 403B, I was married short term- 5 years. It was always my goal to not pay anything else, alimony or money for the house which was mine well before the marriage. I didn’t and didn’t have to give a portion of the house to her. In addition, Julia’s fees were very fair and she was always accessible! Very professional! Julia will get my business again if I’m in need of legal help.
